Title: PI Schteff suicide

There's 100% chance that if there's some noise, Schteff will touch tesla coils and kill himself. Or maybe safety measures in his lab are not enough.

Not really a bug. If Eidein spawns in that room he can die aswell.

Technically not a bug (we left it dangerous to NPCs intentionally back when the Institute was designed) but it's become far too exploitable. From now on NPCs won't step on that tile anymore.
