Title: Junktown bout man gone?

When i was out trading my loot i save up i was going around junk town and wanted to go to core city.

But when i got to the docks the boot man and the works was gone and was there the last time i use them.

I think theres a loading NPC bug in the system that need fixing

If thats what happened epeli, it sounds like a feature to me.  :)

I was thinking of the Scrappers shooting civilians at the docks.
Either way i was joking.

If so, any collateral damage during that fight (like civilians taking sharpnel from nearby grenades or getting caught in burst fire) might cause unexpected changes in faction allegiances, causing the armed black eel guards in the docks actually kill the boat captain and workers. :P

no but i think its a bug i try coming into that part about around 4 to 6 times than the NPC finlly come back
