Title: why do smart modules on guns claim to work with special unarmed when they dont

Smart modules on ranged weapons claim the damage of special unarmed is also increased, this doesn't really make sense in the first place but when tested with dirty kick it also doesn't even work. The damage of dirty kick whilst having on of these equipped remains unchanged.
