Title: Joint Security Headquarters makes me drop all items on Normal

Title, I must drop everything from my inventory in order to access JSH, despite playing on normal difficulty. JSH is the last compound to investigate, I've installed the chip into my hand and upgraded it to C-4.

Have three saves to share if needed -- standing right before the scanner, inside the scanner and the autosave for passing the scanner.

Do you maybe have any mutagen related quest items in your pocket like D5 or deep caverns reagents?

I had D5 in my inventory, and dropping it into the container inside the scanner didn't allow me to pass through without stashing everything else -- dropping it before walking into the scanner, however, caused me to succeed the check. Not sure if that's the intended behavior, but if it is, apologies for the false report.
