Title: Gale breaking bug

Gale's basement is completely bugged in the current version and when player tries to enter it, only "blocked" text shows up together with a sound as if it's barricaded.

It's only bugged if Rag opens it, otherwise it works normally, so until we release the patch you can use that method to get down there. It may be illegal, but hey, life's tough in the Zone.
