Title: JKK Vivian quest comm device and generator

You cannot ask Vivian for help with the generator immediately even if you fixed everything, have all the parts and are next to the generator when picking 'I checked the hydraulic generator...' option. This option ends with player turning off the comm for no reason even if you can fix it right now.
Player has to manually turn it on again for the option to get it fixed to appear.

Fixed for the next patch. If you're in the room, an appropriate dialog option will appear after she tells you about the parts.
