Title: Unable to transition out of any zone

With the latest patch, [1.2.0.19], a transition failure occurs whenever exiting a zone regardless of save, quicksave, or autosave slot I've tried. When starting a new game, the game locks up on a black screen after skipping the intro.

Add the game to the exception list of your antivirus.
