As title - I mean the base materials are already in game:
Throwing net + impure chromium blade = Stone Bolas
Throwing net + any metal spike/blade = Barbed throwing nets
I really can't think of any reason why they should not be craftable.

Are natives going to have any blueprints lying around?
-
Perhaps Yngwar could convey the Bolas' blueprint on a piece of leather :kaya:

They aren't exactly rocket science - rope + stone, attach blade/spike to net. Easily copy once you get your hand on one.

A molotov is gasoline + bottle + rag and yet
A shiv is rag + spike and yet

You just proved my point for me - all your examples are craftable.
I think stone bolas and barbed throwing nets blueprint could be obtain like the fusion cannon frame frame where you learn the blueprint by examining it.

That's only if you have disassemble.
