I've tested it at port Ceto also and seems to be the case as well, I can just plant a mine in full vision of everyone and nobody reacts.

This might be where if they cant detect the trap then they don't turn hostile because they cant see it. But surely they should turn hostile if they even see you in the process of planting it?

Planting a mine in front of a truesight turret and it not filling you with lead isn't intentional right?
