Title: I can't find Reflex Sight in all stores

I've been looking through items from all gun parts merchants using store-refresh, but I couldn't find any Reflex Sight.

I'm in 1.2.0.21 new game and currently running on the Core city part.

It doesn't seem to show up at all at least on a game that was already started before the patch. ARs with scopes do have 10% move and shoot penalty like the patch says.

It's bugged and doesn't spawn normally.
