Title: Exiled muties are happy about non-existing meds

If the player gains access to the West Storage Depot elevator by intimidating Wesley, but then befriends muties by boosting the power, one of their reactions is as if the player gave them the meds from Aegis, which doesn't make sense. Moreover, this happens even if the player never joined Aegis.

The reaction I'm talking about is "Those meds really make life... *wheeze* easier".
