Title: movement points and speed bug due to warmed up

title says it all. Reloading a save reverts the changes, yet the bug reoccurs every time you gain warmed up status.

Edit: Affects both player and npc's

Increased healing effectiveness and chill immunity linger after "Warmed up" expires as well.

Not only do the effects linger, they start stacking as well.
