Title: Permission to use the Sonar Laptop is lost on save/reload

During the quest to destroy the Eel's sonar, the player can convince a nearby Black Eel that he came to fix issues with the laptop. Doing that makes the red icon on the laptop turn yellow. However, save/reload makes it turn red again.
