Title: Enemies detect the player in turn-based mode when destealthed after breaking LOS

On a concrete example illustrated with screenshots:

• Move into the enemy sight range in stealth and enter turned-based mode (screenshot 1).
• Skip a turn by pressing space.
• Move out of the line of sight, then destealth (screenshot 2). Still out of combat at this point.
• Skip a turn again. Enemy magically detects you and attacks (screenshot 3).

The same just happened to me without ever entering turn-based mode. I stealthed past enemies, walked into a room, closed the doors and destealthed, only to be magically detected and attacked immediately.
