Title: Harold's Utility Bot Quest Bug

I solved the puzzle but when I took the power cell the Utility Bot didn't short circuited, instead roaming around, thus making me unable to unlock the door and complete the quest

I couldn't reproduce the problem on my end. So the power went out, but the double doors are still locked? Looks like the script broke halfway for some reason, but I can't do much unless I can reproduce the problem consistently. Also, does it happen again if you redo the puzzle?
