Title: Exosoldiers opportunist proccing
Post by: Eidein on April 30, 2025, 12:13:15 am: Opportunist (15% slowed) seems to proc on techno medics and intercessors without having any debuffs applied to them. Not sure if the armour is bugged on their strength giving them less mp causing them to be "slowed" by opportunists standards.

EMP grenades; they cant recharge their suits in combat
