Title: Shock Shuriken Physical Dmg Doesn't Scale with the Throwing Skill

Today I discovered that physical dmg portion of the shock shuriken doesn't scale with the Throwing skill. If I remember correctly it used to scale just like the regular throwing knives. Is there anyone else having this problem?
