Title: How do I get to The Core city merchants?

Hello everybody.
As the title says I have huge troubles in finding merchants in The Core.
I followed the barkeep directions and got to the upper level via the elavator.
I get to the Coretech map, which only has two links to other maps, one east and one west. Am I on the right level?
Also, I tried to explore the rest of the town levels, but no luck in finding any merchants. In short, any leads are welcome!

Hmmm. If the text says Upper Level for merchants then it's wrong.You need to go to the Middle Level then go west and north of the elevator area.

I found the merchants, thanks!
Moe does say they're on the level just above his, somehow I got misdirected by the elevator text.
A huge thanks to both of you, the hunt started to be frustrating..
