The problem: you play Underrail with a zoom level like 125% or 150%, which leads to ugly non-integer scaling, and either cannot or do not want to use lower resolutions in fullscreen mode
One solution: play the game in windowed mode at a lower resolution and with 100% zoom, and use Lossless Scaling to make the game fill the screen
How:
1. Set the game's display mode to Borderless Windowed and resolution to something smaller than your monitor's native resolution.
2. Set the in-game zoom to 100% and lock it from the options.
3. Launch the program Lossless Scaling, configure settings to your liking (example below) and then click Scale and tab back to the Underrail window
Known issues: screenshots and recordings will be unscaled, I used Gyazo to take a properly scaled screenshot
