Title: Heavy Metal Feat Doesn't Have A Melee Requirement

Heavy Metal works with sledgehammers but requires heavy guns as its sole skill. This seems unintentional and not in line with other feats that use multiple weapon types which use more than one skill to determine feat requirements.

if it was heavy guns OR melee, like high-technicalities, that would be nice
