Title: "Warmed up" status does not always display chill and freeze immunity

This description is always displayed: "Cold damage resistance increased by X% and damage threshold increased by X", but sometimes doesn't mention "Immune to chill and freezing", even if there are enough stacks. It appears in the combat feed, but only after the attack fails.
