These doors reset back to closed if you previously opened it and then return to the location or load a save.

Fixed. Note that in your current playthrough those doors might disappear. But they will work fine in the future.

I'd also suggest trying the latest build if you haven't already, since issues like this sometimes get fixed quietly between releases. If it still happens, sharing the exact steps to reproduce it and any error messages usually makes it much easier for the developers to track down.
