It would be cool for a unique sledgehammer 'made of many bones and teeth tied and glued together', which is already exceedingly spiky visually, to actually function as a spiked hammer, especially if it would feature an outrageous number of secondary spike hits as well - like 5 or 6, as opposed to conventional 3, even if each would only do 1-2 or so base damage. Besides Super Slam, these secondary instances would only ever matter against unarmoured targets, which is sort of in theme with non-psionic sormirbaren weapons, e.g. Black Blade.
I tried looking for whether or not this has been brought up before - the search lasted the grand total of ten seconds - and found nothing, so I hope this is not a duplicate.
