Title: Jack Quicksilver and rathounds aren't hostile to each other

When Jack is near GMS and comes in contact with rathounds, they ignore each other. This was previously mentioned in the context of another bug report: https://stygiansoftware.com/forums/index.php?topic=7997.msg36617#msg36617.
