Title: Gauntlet Quest and riot armor bug

Having a problems with the gauntlet quest, whenever I try and start the quest she goes through the speil however you don't get transported to the starting area for the gauntlet.

Also created a riot overcoat with a shield and the stealth bonus is actually getting negated rather than added for stealth bonuses.

Anything you can do to fix these issues?

Can you upload a save for me to check out?

Also, armor penalty reduces stealth so that's probably what's affecting you since it gets really high if you use a shield.
