Title: Modding?

Will this game allow modding, or will you even allow us to mod the game (altering game files and distribute them)?

I've been into modding games and I'd love to be able to create my own content, or modify things that I'm not satisfied with. Like creating my own quests, areas and maybe items even. Retexturing and re-imagining current items or character sprites.

Is modding going to be a part of Underrail or is it too early into development to say?

At one point I would like to at least release an area editor. I'm really curious to see what kind of areas you guys would come up with. :)

But even that would be a lot of work, so we'll see if the game does well enough to warrant that sort of work.
