Title: Foundry murders

I'm not sure if it is a feature or a bug, but the psionic inhibition doesn't stop once I have completed the quest.
Healing at the doctor's won't help cure it. Is there a way to cure it (I know there are special meds for it but I don't know where I can obtain them)?

It's a poison, just take an antidote.
