Title: Not sure if bug: Mysterious Pillars/Bilocation requirement

Okay, I am not sure if this is a bug, or if it was simply changed.

I am on silent isle, and have a Will of 8. I recall that last time that I was able to get Bilocation the last time I played just before the release, but now I get attacked by the Doppelg

It was changed to require certain amount of Thought Control instead, if I recall correctly.
