Title: Opening the sealed door in Deep Caverns

I've repaired everything, the dialogue says so anyway. I've destroyed the gates with the bio-grenades. I've routed the electricity to the area, I think this is the right spot; the keypad doesn't say no power now. The door doesn't seem to budge when I interact with the keypad though. Do I need to fill the hydraulic canister or something?

I guess that is what i'm missing. And I have no idea where I would find it unless it's the building with the coil spiders,because I've never gone there.

*Important thing - you should deallocate the power from everything then the Caerus Residential option will appear.
