Where can I get fitouts for the basement rooms? The housing company says I need to look elsewhere for them and I haven't been able to find out where

Fixer in Junkyard sells chem/bio workbench

West in Foundry sells electro workbench

Fredd in Camp Hathor sells tailoring workbench

and the dude with the quad bikes in his store in Rail Crossing sells the mechanics workbench


They all cost around 1000 charons before mercantile checks.
