Title: (resolved) Port Zenith: can't find shield emitters

I'm unable to find shield emitters in Port Zenith base.
I got the master card and opened all 5 storage sections. Yet none of them includes the emitters.

What am I doing wrong?

Never mind, I actually already had them in the inventory.
