Title: Join free drones - Mysterious lady not appearing

Hello,

In my current playthrough, after speaking with Captain Harvey first, mysterious lady does not appear at core city underrail train.

I have completed this quest successfully before with another character.
In my previous playthrough, i spoke to major Clifton (SRO) before speaking to Harvey.

Just reloaded a much earlier save and went through this sequence again. Looks like speaking to Major Clifton first makes no difference. Mysterious lady still doesn't appear. :( Not sure why..

Found the bug and fixed it for the next patch. Should be out soon.
