Title: Does Skinner Bonus get applied twice when crafting infused leather?

Once when you infuse the leather and then once again when you used the infused leather in a recipe?

Anyone?  Do you get a skinner bonus when you infuse leather as well, or just the final product?  I'd think you would since you get a blueprint for it...I should lvl tonight. I'll let you guys know.
