Title: Has anyone ever killed Blaine?

I am really curious. It seems all the Pro Players are having problems killing this titan.

Now correct me if I'm out of the 'loop' but can't you go back to the black eels and tell them that you've found him and then have them send some guys over with you to help killing him?

Eels want him alive. Scrappers want him dead. You're probably confusing that with the Black Eels' takeover of Junkyard.

He is the only reliable source of special ammo blueprints and rare weapon mods that I know of, all other traders (like Dirty Tom or the Scavengers) are just too random.

eels want  just information.
you can kill blaine and go on with quest.
