Title: Create lockpicks blueprint?

Hello.

I am posting under Suggestions section because I don't know whether a blueprint is currently available or not. I haven't finished the game yet. In fact, I have started it like twelve times now probing several builds. (This game is amazing).  8)

I like the idea, actually, there is more items that need blueprint.
Or on other hand, may be you could learn how to make those items from characters that can make them, preferably using persuasion skill.
