Title: Increase energy duration of Night Vision Goggles

Hi.

Just what the title says.

NVG energy consumption is too high imho. They get depleted quite fast.

Wait until you see cloaking device.

Power Management used to reduce energy consumption but it does no longer  :'(

I actually think it's alright, but I wish you didn't have to waste a lot of time navigating the UI to recharge these devices.

Yes, an option to recharge it like energy shields would be welcome.

Place NVG on action bar slot X, place battery on action bar slot Y, click X, click Y, profit.

Also works with haxxors.
