Is this item actually in the game?

Psi Reinvigorator is a medicine that removes any type of psionic inhibition.
And what exactly it does?
Is "psionic inhibition" some debilitating effect, or it means that it gives psi ability, if you opted out of psi pill at the start of the game?
-
I never found the blueprint for it. I assume it fixes psi inhibitor effects like you get from black dragon poison, though that doesn't make much sense since antidote does the same thing.
-
I've just found blueprints with Blaine.
Still, I do not have skill to actually craft it and try it out.
-
It's basically a drug to counter the effects of psi-cognitive interruption, a thought control ability that inhibits psi. Considering that the only enemies (that I could find) using interruption were faceless gaunts and tchortling scanners, I'm not sure it's worth the trouble, as it requires fishing.

I'm kinda glad that I am not focusing on Biology, exempt for minimum needed for some vests, due to annoying fish grinding needed for advanced meds.
-
Thought control type Lurkers also use it. Not the most useful of meds but it didn't hurt to have a handful ready for the few times my pure psi character needed it.
-
When the PC allows Foundry/Evelyn to seduce him, she confiscates all physical equipment and poisons him with Psi-inhibition so the only options are (a) unarmed combat vs her knife or (b) take the laundry chute and stealth.

Psionic inhibition disables your psionic ability - I think for few turns. This can be either inflicted through blacksomething poison or psionic ability which you will learn soon.
One example of this inhibition is Evelyn who uses poison, like Shadowrun mentioned above.
Poison lasts INDEFINITELY, but it can be cured through antivenom.
psionically inflicted inhibition is turn limited, I think.
P.S: you are unlikely to see psionically inflicted inhibition unless you hate faceless a lot.

I found another blueprint while investigaing Old Junkyard (Depot A).

The poison Evelyn gives you is unique and lasts indefinitely - standard black dragon poison lasts only one turn.

Hmm I didn't know that, interesting!
I wonder what other unique abilities are in the game that you only see once.
