Title: Googles bonuses don't apply to crossbows at all

Hi underrailers.

I need confirmation. Currently playing a crossbow build. I have tested several googles (smart, etc) and they seem to no affect crossbows at all. Tested with a hurricane crossbow. Both damage (PER10 > PER11) and critical chance (8%) stayed THE SAME with or without googles.

Running latest version under Win10 x64.

Please disregard my previous post. It must have been some quirk with status screen (c). Now it's showing properly. From 8% to 13%.
