Title: Quick question about Expertise feat.

Hello.

Does Expertise stack up/applies retroactively? I mean, do you have to take it at level 1 or would it pay off even if taken later?

Just trying a strange pistol build. Yes, to me pistols need a lot of love.

Expertise is best with spiked gloves and bursts. But with pistols you have Rapid fire so it might be worth taking. on lvl 25 it would be 75 extra dmg with rapid. Personaly i would skip it on pistol build. On spiked gloves with spiked boots and spiked armor dmg will be 1800 from expertise alone  on lvl 25 (25x6x12=1800)

Right now i play assault rifle build. Got it at lvl 1 :) at lvl 2 my crit chance is 47% with survival instincts, recklessness and googles. He crits for 40-70+ and shots three times. Who needs pistols?

Yes. Pistols need a lot of love and investment to shine.
