A commoner in Rail Crossing just told me there is a doctor there. I haven't found one. Is she still in the game?

Yeah her shop looks like a train wagon. Missed her on my first 2 games as well...

You may easily mistake wagon's door for a wall section.  :P

Strange, I checked that car many times. Never got a pointer icon on my mouse...I'll look again, thanks.
