Title: fraser sells no weapons / armor

at a point in my protectorate missions, fraser sells no more weapons+armor. his inventory has only bullets, grenades, firearm barrels.
i have waited so that his shop was restocked 3 times and still no weapons/armor.

strange.

ok, now he has weapons. strange. 4 restocks nothing and then as always.

There's a minor bug with his inventory. It's been fixed for the next patch.
