Title: Ventilation Shafts

I'm doing the quest "Free Maura", how can I open the Ventilation Shafts with 0 lockpick and 3 strength ?

The short answer is that you can't.

The long answer is that you could try to eat Junkyard Surprise until you get a +2 STR bonus and wear Rathound King Regalia for another +1 STR for a total of 6. Mind you, I never tried to brute force the shafts in this quest so I don't know if 6 STR is enough, but it might be worth a try.

The whole Abram questline is rather exclusive so to say, it's designed for characters skilled in infiltration.

Thanks, I tried junkyard surprise and adrenaline and I got +4, still it is not enough, I will try with the "Rathound King Regalia" maybe +5 will do :)

I don't understand! Can't you get the "ventilation shaft opening tool"? I can't remember how it is called, but am pretty sure you can get one very early in the game - or purchase one at one of the station store.

Using an Omni-Tool would be the best option  :) , unfortunately you need some skill with lockpick
