Title: Sixth utility slot?

I have this feeling in the back of my head that what I'm about to ask has a totally obvious answer and my brain is simply malfunctioning, but, uh... how exactly does one get access to the sixth utility slot? Two are available for everyone, the utility belt provides two more and the Quick Pockets feat gives one extra. That's five... and then there's the sixth slot which seems to be impossible to open.

Ha, that settles that then. I suppose the sixth slot could be a good addition to some weaker feat like Burglar, or perhaps a Veteran feat, if technically possible.

That's not a bad idea. Of course, the feat would give something else as well.

Speaking of utility is it possible to update the combat status menu to show the critical chance and bonus for utilities? I always wonder about the crit chance and bonus w/ throwing knives and grenades but could only guess at them.
