Title: High Quality Chemical Blob Dispensers

Hello forumites, I have been playing the game for a long time and enjoying it, currently I am running through with a chemical/energy pistol build and have noticed that there really aren't vendors that sell high quality chemical blob dispensers.

Does anyone know if there are or if its something you just have to scavenge from random drops?

Quinton in SGS.
Fixer in Junkyard.
Tchortist shop.

Also, Travis of Rail Crossing sells good collectors.

Keep in mind stores are upgraded by 2 story events. First is completing your quest in Junkyard, second is completing oligarch questline. Quinton may not have high quality stuff before 2nd event.
