Title: Dan didn't tell me about Kevin's barter items

All,

Any Idea how to fix this? I asked Dan about Gorski, and to join me killing the beast, but never got the info on Kevin's sideline business. Any ideas how to get it?

My Mercantile skill is more than 30, but never saw the dialog about Kevin's barters

Ask him about the Foundry and then talk with him again. He should mention Kevin in second conversation.
