Title: missing alt-click for crafting

With the `G' crafting screen, the user can double-click to place stuff for crafting. But the often-used speedhack interferes with double-clicking.

Please implement alt-click placement for the crafting components as an alternative.

Left-clicking the crafting slot works, but it cycles through ALL the the items and it's not feasible with a filled inventory.

Well you can Ctrl + click in the crafting screen.

I wrote few lines of Lua to de-applly the speedhack after left-clicking but now it's not necessary anymore. Great!
