Title: Constitution and Sprinting

Constitution should affect the cooldown or duration of feats like Sprint. It makes sense that you need agility to run well, but constitution is the stat that would give you the endurance you need to sprint longer or more often.

That could be cool, I never understood why the cooldown on Sprint was so huge anyway.
Note that certain infused leathers can also reduce that cooldown, but not by much.
