These two nancy-boys keep making out when they're on the clock. Annoying when you're getting into the gambling den through lockpicking and stealth.

This one particular burrower in GMS never moves unless combat starts; noticed it in several playthroughs. Not sure if intentional or not.

Moved their patrol waypoints a bit. They're bound to bump into each other from time to time (#nohomo), but this should reduce the frequency.
The burrower behavior not intentional. In my game the burrowers roam normally in that area, as they should. Does this only happen when you're in stealth?

I can only get to that part without fighting by being in stealth. Just now, with a different character, I went in and dealt with the first two rooms without alerting the others (entering combat, killing them, re-stealthing) and when I got to that part, the burrower was not in that position. Every other time, I had been in stealth the whole time. So, to answer your question: seems so.
It's weird though, every other burrower moves around or patrols, but that one will just sit there and face the wall. I don't know why entering combat (without alerting that particular burrower) would make any difference.

On the simon peres map, on easy, in the NW corner, the explosive barrels overlap each other incorrectly.

the map picture on the wiki is from an older version; apparently the wall didn't use to be there at all

edit 2: unmarked box just north of adira & beatrice's cooking fire on forsaken isle
actually, I've been finding unmarked containers all over the place, some of them are intentional, right?

Fixed everything except for the lu-b11 stairs (and the glitched burrower).
Yes, some containers have been intentionally left unmarked. These commonly, as Fenix pointed out, contain oddities or some nice loot and are there for the more perceptive players to discover on their own. Some are, however, just good ol' bugs, so do keep reporting them. :)

Lu-c5: chest on NE platform
Lower underrail b10: chest on SW platform, wiki actually lists it in map description (just noticed)
Lux-b19: chest across the river from oculus entrance
Port zenith basement, SW room, big crate has a ton of loot; first of that type of container I've ever seen to contain something
In the sewers, near acid gang hideout, one of the normal platforms has an unmarked trash pile (not the ones with crawlers)
Cc16: one of the urinals in the SW part is a container
Polemos station tunnel bathroom has a toilet that is a container
In the hobo camp outside evelyn's bunker in foundry, there is a trash pile (probably intentional, given the loot)
I'm pretty sure there were more, but it's been a couple weeks now.

Another one, the foundry oculus hideout; right down the ladder from it on the right side is an unmarked barrel.

Non-traversable tile in the first section of the joint security ...place. Doesn't look like it should be blocked.

In B11, I can't loot this corpse for some reason. I can get those pots behind him by walking to the area behind the torch.

Fixed the stuff that were bugs. Some of those unfortunate overlaps with the jet ski are due to rendering engine and cannot be fixed (I'm talking about situations where the jet ski is on a water tile).
