Title: Where are the keys for this area's doors?

This is the little alley behind the main street in Junkyard.  I've marked all three locked doors with a big yellow star, my lockpicks don't work and it just says "impossible."  I figure they use a specific key that I need to get from someone?

The door to the left will open on the quest "Get equipment from Junkyard" (http://www.underrail.com/wiki/index.php?title=Get_equipment_from_Junkyard)
There are no keys to the other doors, at least in the current game.
