Title: Hotbar

I have 3 hotbars full of psy skills but i constantly have to go to my inventory to use the lockpicks and heal and what not.

Would be nice to have a 4th hotbar.

Another issue is :
I have a very wide screen, and only 10 actions on the hotbar seems not enough compared to my hardware. An option to extend to 12 or 15 to accomodate with larger screens.

Yup, kind of a nobrainer to at least allow 0, - and = to be used... that's another hotbar's worth of slots right there combined with the modifier keys.

I think some Hotbar templates for item type and abilities would be nice something like a preset you set and select for say medical items that fill in items from that category so you dont lose all of your Hotbar arrangement of items when you start in on inventory management (which just got more complicated due to the introduction of jet skis and their encumbrance system
